We deal with different types of people every day. It starts with family members, colleagues, friends, relatives. We use our conversations by expressing ourselves, be it anger, frustrations, sadness, joy, happiness, fear etc. If we don’t understand our emotions or emotions of others, it may not be to handle the difficult situation.
